The F-Theta flat-field scanning lens is a standard component for laser marking, cutting, and engraving systems based on galvanometer scanning. The F-Theta flat-field scanning lens is optimized for the plane field in the plane through a multi-element air-spaced design, providing a flat field in the plane. Each component in the wavelength F-Theta flat-field scanning lens is coated with a high-power anti-reflection film, with an overall transmittance of > 95% and a damage threshold of > 5J/cm2, 20ns, 20Hz, with quartz scanning lens series, optical glass material series, CO2 single-piece/multi-piece series, outer bracket with M85x1 standard interface.

Depending on the power and pulse width of the input laser, lenses of different materials are used. All-quartz scanning lenses are commonly used in high-power and picosecond laser applications.
